               overview of recent activity, future plans.

    2:23  (2m) Treasurer's report 

    2:25 (15m) Proposed by-laws presentation -- Salient aspects,
               and major changes since the November meeting.

    2:40 (10m) VOTING to ratify by-laws, then on slate of Directors,
               and any additional candidates nominated from the floor.
               New Directors elect new President, Secretary, Treasurer.

    3:05 (10m) Mansionization Amendment.
